Returns & Resend Policy for Goal Wholesale:

At Goal Wholesale, we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We offer a straightforward returns and resend policy to provide our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience.

Returns:

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns on custom-made jerseys, personalized items, or clearance items.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.

Resend:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly resend you a new one at no additional cost.

If you made a mistake in the size or color of the item you ordered, we can resend you the correct one, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Please ensure the item is returned to us before requesting a resend.

If you receive a resend, the original item must be returned to us within 14 days. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement item.
